Detailed Product Description
1. No thermal deformation due to yarn dyeing temperature.(130 ºC ,2hours)
2. Bobbins after dyeing process at 130 ºC are not cracked and broken if the one is dropped.
3. Resistant to sudden change of temperature(temperature difference:40 ºC /5min).
4. Stain resistant to dyestuff.after dyeing of dark color, dyeing of pale color can be done with the same bobbins ).
5. Resistant to acid and base which are used for dyeing(but it will be only dissolved in hydro-carbonhalide).
6. When yarns are wound around on bobbin what was dyed in dark color and the dyed color is not migrated to yarns after pressing by a dyeing robot.
